Hi there!! Hope everyones doing good!! I am now 4 weeks out!!!! Woohoo!! I am right where I should be at this point and looking sooo forward to stepping on the pro stage!! I just started my new webcam gig with Gene X...so PLEASE stop in to see when I am on and I promise to give you all a GREAT show!! I will make you SMILE...!!!! I will be doing 2 photo shoots while I am in Texas the day after I compete...so there will be some good pictures coming to my website by Christmas!! I will be adding new stuff every month t my "Members Site as well. I just got word from Labrada Nutrition that they want me to work their booth at the Nationals, so please stop by and say hi!!! I love to meet my fans!! I still am hanging on to my strength even at this point...my trainer pulled my carbs back...but I am hanging in there with the weights, which I am VERY happy about!! Please keep those e-mails coming, they REALLY do get me through!! The diet is really starting to get to me, so keep my mind busy!! LOL! I wake up at night sometimes so HUNGRY...but hey its HUNGRY for success!! LOL! August 9th

Hello everyone! I just got back from the Team Universe in NY, it was a great show! My girlfriend Debbie Patton won the overall! She is now a new IFBB PRO!!! Congrads DEB!!! She made some really nice improvements since last year and was rewared!! We stayed in NY Friday night at the Cosmopoitain Hotel and then watched pre-judge Friday night and at 9am on Sat. we watched the rest of pre-judge and then walked around NY until the 7pm Finals. We ended up leaving at 9:45pm and driving home, I had to train on Sunday morning. I got to see my trainer Kim Oddo while in NY, he said that I was right where I needed to be and really was pleased with the way I am looking at this point.5 more weeks to go to show # 1 !! Thank all of you who have e-mailed me and sent donations!!! I love you guys!! My traing is going great and I have been feeling pretty strong, Kim did bump up my cardio today to 50 minutes 6 days a week at this point. He also lowered some of my carbs, but all is well!!! Congrads to Amanda & Andrea from Oddo's Angels!! These figure girls were awesome! They were there to compete in their first IFBB Pro show and both did well!!It was very nice meeting them!
