June 30th

Hi yall! Hard to believe that its already July!!! No 4th of July cookouts for me this year...sniff, sniff. I am 11 weeks out now from my Pro show in Texas....I am 121lbs and getting leaner everyday! I still have my strength, which is a good thing!! I ordered my suits and have all my music ready to go. All I have to do now is.....get my darn routine started!!! Colette Nelson updated my members gallery and I have been doing a webcam with Herbiceps.com every week. Please check out that site and see when I am on weekly!! I am having fun with that, I am on tonigjt at 7:30pm......stop in!! I will have video clips available soon on my website and Herbiceps. I also have an upcoming video shoot with FemFlex, which I will have for sale on my website as well. I have so much going on right now, on Top of my training and working with my clients. Never a dull moment here! I would like to send out my congrads to my buddies who just placed in the top 10 at the Jr. Nationals!! You rock guys!
